Marriage at St. Andrew’s is open to every couple, with or without a church home.
We are proud to recognize partnership in all its forms, and enthusiastically welcome members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community who are interested in sharing their special day with us.

Our Sanctuary
Our sanctuary is an architectural and acoustic gem located in the heart of downtown Halifax.
The main stage is 18ft (5.5m) x 52 (16m) with an accessible two-tier setup. It overlooks a sanctuary that can seat up to 500 with flexible seating arrangements, and additional seating in the overlooking balcony.
Our space comes ready with multi-media equipment, features a Yamaha grand piano and organ, wifi, an attached greenroom / ready room, and gender-inclusive facilities.
Our Hall
In addition to wedding services, our location features a variety of facilities appropriate for receptions.
This includes several multi-purpose rooms, an event hall, a fully furnished commercial kitchen, and the option for liquor licensing.
