YMCA Forever Fit (55+)

Brought to you by the YMCA of Greater Halifax/Dartmouth, Forever Fit classes are led by qualified YMCA fitness instructors and set to lively music.

Each session is made up of four parts which focus on improving participants’ aerobic fitness, balance, strength and flexibility:

- Warm up
- Low impact aerobics
- Muscular strength and endurance
- Stretching and relaxation


Forever Fit meets at Saint Andrews on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Join Cia on Tuesdays and Thursdays for a gentle Hatha and Flow Yoga class - designed for adults of all ages and skill levels!

Take some time during your busy week to you relax, de-stress, stretch, strengthen and energize your body and mind.

Exercise with Carolyn

Carolyn Slade leads an exercise class geared to senior women. She focuses on movement, stretching and range of motion. 

You can join Carolyn's class in the upper hall on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30am.

Badminton

The badminton group has been part of Saint Andrew's for many years. It starts in the upper hall at 10am on Thursdays and the group stays to share food and conversation in the kitchen at noon.
